CareerMax HR is a recruitment firm providing talent acquisition, employment, and consulting services to businesses and job seekers. Our Services include, but are not limited to, candidate sourcing, job postings, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and career consulting.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Use of Services

  • Permitted Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to:

5. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: Fees for our Services will be outlined in separate agreements between CareerMax HR and its clients. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Payments for Services are due as per the terms specified in the agreement with the client. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of Services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the course of providing and receiving Services. This includes client information, candidate data, and proprietary business information.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to our Services are the property of CareerMax HR or its licensors.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for the purposes outlined in these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. CareerMax HR makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our Services.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerMax HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareerMax HR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

CareerMax HR may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian IT and Labor Act, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
